Teaching the Values of Scouting

Cub Scout Pack 227 is chartered out of the MultiLakes conservatory in Commerce Michigan and made up of children from Commerce Elementary and other surrounding grade schools..  Our Pack meetings are once a month on Thursdays at either Multilakes or Walled Lake Northern.  Each Den, (Lions, Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelo) plan their own meeting times.

Our leadership is made up from cub scout parents who volunteer. In general our leadership consists of lead and assistant den leaders, activity chair people, and committee members. We have a Committee Chairperson who oversees (non-den) leadership and general operations of the pack. The Cub Master, and assistant Cub Masters, provide guidance and direction for the dens - both leaders and the cub scouts - including organizing the monthly pack meetings.  The strong parent participation in our Pack allows us to provide a strong scouting program with lots of fun activities for the kids.
